Board MEETING
The next board meeting will be held
on Monday, January
12 at 6:00 pm in the building's party room on the Mezzanine
level. Meetings are open to all owners
and everyone is encouraged to attend.
2008 Annual Meeting Election Results
Jaqi Green and Dennis
McClendon were both elected to the building's Board of Directors
for a two-year term each. Congratulations! We
would like to thank Brad Kosar for being willing to submit his
name as a candidate for the Board. Plus, thanks to Perry
Galanopoulos for serving on the Board of Directors for the past
two years
Thanks to all the owners who attended the Annual Meeting. The
Board hopes that more owners will try to attend future board
meetings.

2009 Budget:
The 2009 Budget was unanimously
adopted and distributed to all of the owners of record on November
20, 2008.

A city-wide Household Chemicals and
Computer Recycling Facility is open regularly throughout
the year for the disposal of common household items. The
facility is located at 1150 N. North Branch Street, which
is two blocks east of the Kennedy Expressway at Division

The City of Chicago has released its 2007
Water Quality Report. The report, put out by
the Department of Water Management, provides residents
with
detailed
information
about the quality of
Chicago’s tap water, how it is purified and delivered
to our homes and businesses at the lowest price of any

has come to the South Loop |
| I-GO is a pay-per-hour car sharing
service that gives you the convenience and flexibility of
owning a car without the costs and hassles. Members
have 24 hour access to I-GO cars located in our community
